1. Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ganesh Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 113 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner and the informant are co-villagers, as per the allegation, he inflicted a knife blow and caused a cut injury to the head of the informant by using a knife, however, the said allegation is not corroborated by the informant's injury report, which shows that he sustained only one abrasion caused by a

It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean past history and has been languishing in jail since 17.04.2025 and the investigation against him has been completed. It is also submitted that the informant made her allegation in the FIR, in an exaggerated manner.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 113 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
