The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

12.5 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Vidyalal Sahni. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46454 of 2022(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 465 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
