JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.3.2023, passed in CWJC No. 1548 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Tarari, Bhojpur has passed an order dated 13.6.2023 in connection with the case in question, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 13.6.2023, passed by the Circle Officer, Tarari, Bhojpur, in light of the observations of the Collector, Bhojpur at

Patna High Court MJC No.1885 of 2023(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Ara in his order dated 8.8.2022, passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 43 of 2022, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
