2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad (Karona) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. During investigation it has come that the petitioner was in a relationship with the victim and they had established physical relation.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the age of the alleged victim has been found to be 19-20

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50123 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 years by the Medical Board. The petitioner is in jail since 23.03.3023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the victim is a major and was in a relationship with the petitioner and also the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Jehanabad/ concerned Court in connection with Jehanabad (Karona) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024.
