JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 23.06.2021 a report was called for from the concerned Judge who has passed the order dated 05.11.2020 in bail petition No. 521 of 2020.

In compliance thereof, a report dated 05.07.2021 at Flag "C" has been received in which it is stated that vide Cr. Misc. No. 927 of 2021 bail was granted to the petitioner on 05.11.2020 but the present Criminal Misc. No. 927 of 2021 has been filed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.12.2020 and registered on 03.01.2021. Therefore, the pendency of the present Criminal Misc. No. 927 of 2021 does not arise on 05.11.2020.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above this application stands disposed of.
