2 The grievance of the petitioner was that there was some unauthorized and undisclosed deduction being made from pension payable to him through the State Bank of India. 3 A counter affidavit has been filed by the State annexing a copy of the letter of the Accountant General, Bihar dated 19.12.2014 stating that the deduction to be made with all arrears have been calculated and are being paid. The affidavit says that payments have been made. In view of the
