Having regard to the fact that the impugned order terminating the services of the petitioner is appealable and the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Executive Director, District Health Society, this application is obviously premature.

Since, the appeal of the petitioner is pending, this Court would direct the appellate authority to look into

Patna High Court CWJC No.11871 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 the grievance of the petitioner and take a final decision expeditiously.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
