Patna High Court CWJC No.4762 of 2018(4) dt.26-07-2019 2/3 The grievance is raised on mismanagement of public money in the matter of hiring of godowns. A representation in this regard is enclosed at Annexure 8 and all that the petitioner wants from the Chairman cum Managing Director, Food Corporation of India is, to consider the grievance raised and dispose of the same in accordance with law for according to Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, every instance of mismanagement of public fund is mentioned therein but since the grievance has not been received appropriate attention and consequential action at the hands of the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Corporation that the petitioner is before this Court. Mr.
Prabhakar Tekriwal, learned counsel appearing for the Food Corporation of India has no objection for appropriate direction to the Chairman cum Managing Director, Food Corporation of India to consider the grievance raised and for its disposal in accordance with law. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Chairman cum Managing Director, Food Corporation of India, Respondent no.3 to consider the issues raised in the representation of the petitioner which was sent to the said authority on 08.10.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4762 of 2018(4) dt.26-07-2019 3/3 Annexure 8 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
