This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Gaighat P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C has supported the prosecution case. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith. The court below is directed to expedite the trial.
