2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 61(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against petitioner is to help other co-accused persons in kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant and, thereafter, to establish illicit relationship with her. The minor daughter of the informant was of 14 years old.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was the mediator in negotiation of marriage between the daughter of the informant of one Vishal Kumar and when for any of the reason the marriage could not finalized the present implication was raised against petitioner. While concluding arguments it is submitted the thrust of allegation is available against co-accused Vishal Kumar, whereas the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

6. Mr. Mithlesh Kr. Rai, learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that the house of this petitioner was the center of entire discussion/ occurrence, where the minor daughter of informant was sexually abused on several occasions.

7. Let it be so, as thrust of allegation as per FIR not appears available against this petitioner, who is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court

No.46376 of 2025(3) dt.11-11-2025 3/3 below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
