JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the Customer Relationship Executive Manager had only provided training to the accused members, collected identity card and forwarded the photocopies of the same to the office of the company for further action. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 06.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31566 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.34465 of 2017(4) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Lahari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
