JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 By a mistake, an error has been crept in the order of this Court dated 17.11.2016 as this Court had set aside the order dated 01.8.2012 but, could not record the setting aside of the order dated 11.12.2012. Both orders cannot exist, if one order will be allowed to sustain, the proceeding before the court below will bring inconsistent situation.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 11.12.2012 will also be treated to have been set aside and the respondent no.7

Patna High Court CWJC No.13330 of 2013 (9) dt.01-12-2016 will continue to discharge the duty subject to final outcome of the proceeding before the appellate tribunal.
