Petitioner seeks bail in Laukaha P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that both informant and petitioner were business partners and they were using common motorcycle for business purposes. Some differences developed between them near the clinic of Dr. Sanjay Kuamr Jha. Thereafter, informant has filed instant case. It is alleged in the written report that informant's motorcycle got missing from the clinic of Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha. The informant saw in CCTV that this petitioner was taking away his motorcycle.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43620 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
