2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 316(2),318(4),3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the very conduct of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has put the company at loss and duped the poor people/ borrower by embezzling money collected from them, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
