1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being preferred for the issuance of an appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Orders, direction or directions for commanding and directing the concerned authority to consider the candidature of the petitioner with respect to the initially appointment on the post of Causal labour (Chowkidar) on 28.04.1992 as IV Grade in the concerned department, but the respondents authorities has not been regularized till date of the petitioner, and the petitioner worked 240

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
