The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.08.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48375 of 2019(5) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017.
