2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhopatpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 238/3(5) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner and others are alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she is in custody since 29.04.2026. He further submits that the petitioner is the sister-in-law (gotni) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bhopatpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2026.
