JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 03/2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that for getting employment as a teacher the petitioner submitted forged matriculation certificate. On verification by Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Patna, it was found forged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she had qualified in B.T.E.T. examination. Learned APP submits that she was not even possessing minimum qualification for appearing in the examination and

Having considered the said facts and circumstances the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 03/2017 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Lakhisarai. However, the petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail and the same shall be considered on merit without being prejudiced by this order.
