This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of Ladli Parveen, the daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Annexure 2 would reveal that Ladli Parveen had filed affidavit of her marriage with the petitioner and Annexure 3 would reveal that father of the petitioner had already filed informatory petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, alleging suspicion against the informant and others to implicate in false case.
The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer on the ground that the victim is still traceless. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
