====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 24.10.2016 passed by learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1483(c) of 2016 by which cognizance under Sections 406, 417, 420, 421, 426, 463 & 120(B) of the I.P.C. has been taken against the petitioners.

3. Vide order dated 26.03.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No.317 of 2026 dated 06.04.2026 by the learned JMFC

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43433 of 2018(4) dt.27-04-2026 2/2 Court, No.2, Civil Court, Patna. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that vide order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5689 of 2022, the impugned order dated 24.10.2016 passed by the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1483(c) of 2016 has already been quashed.

4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties and the report of the learned Trial Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
