A show cause has been filed in this case.

It appears that the petitioner did not take any steps for compliance of the order passed by this Court between the years 2010-2015. Instead, he was watching the case of one Yadunandan Prasad who, he states, is similarly situated to him. It also appears from the record of the case that the Yadunandan Prasad has been actively approaching this Court either by filing an MJC application or challenging the order passed against him, whereas the present petitioner has been watching and sitting on the fence. Patna High Court MJC No.1283 of 2015 (5) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 Annexure- 5, but the petitioner took no step either to assail the same or even move under the contempt jurisdiction. In view of such facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to appreciate the contention of the petitioner that the opposite party be proceeded under contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt application stands dismissed.
