Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the opposite party-Magadh University submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with in letter and spirit and nothing remains to be paid.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioners to respond to the said submission.

On the last two days, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for an adjournment to bring on record certain documents and file a reply to the affidavit filed by the opposite party-University. However, till date no such affidavit has been filed by the petitioners.

Accordingly, in view of the fact that the University has complied with the order passed by this Court, no useful purpose will be served in proceeding further in this matter. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
