The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P) P. S. Case No. 346 of instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that this petitioner is alleged to have purchased some land of the informant by making forged sale deed and with the help of others also got his name mutated in the land records.

It is submitted that the petitioner has purchased the land in question from one Kanchan Prasad, an agnate of the informant and due to that account, this false implication has been made and the dispute predominantly appears civil in nature and

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Vijay Purvey in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P) P.S.Case No. 346 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
