JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioners assisted Bablu Ram in enticing away minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are relatives of Bablu Ram and co-villagers of the informant. They are not involved in any way in this occurrence, the girl was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which does not show the involvement of these

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No.18 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
