Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: - "For directing and commanding the respondents to release provisionally the motorcycle bearing its registration no. BR-06-BG-2158, Engine No. BGA1399863, Chassis No. MB8NG4BAEH8311629 in favour of the petitioner as he is the real owner of its Suzuki Motorcycle, seized in Hathori PS. Case No. 127 of 2018 dated 1.7.18, lodged under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016."

Patna High Court CWJC No.14469 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 in which it has been stated that the vehicle of the petitioner bearing no. BR-06-BG-2158 has been released by the I.O. on 23.12.2019 vide DR No. 1754 of 2019 and handed over to him which has been annexed as Annexure-A and B series.

In view of the above, as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the present petition has become infructuous, and is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
