1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to personal grudge and village party politics. The matter relates to essential commodities act. Petitioner has licensee shop of PDS. Further he contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49519 of 2023(3) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-V, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S.
