This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bettiah Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 for the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

As per the prosecution case, the victim, who is a minor girl, has given vivid details of the crime committed by the petitioner. In these circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
