JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-07-2019 Against the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya in Aanganbari Case No. 04 of 2019, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the District Magistrate, Gaya vide Aanganbari Appeal No. 37 of 2019.

2. The first prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose off the aforesaid Aanganbari Appeal No. 37 of 2019, preferred by her, within a specified time.

3. The prayer appears to be reasonable.

4. The District Magistrate, Gaya, under the aforesaid circumstance, is directed to dispose off the aforesaid Aanganbari Appeal No. 37 of 2019 within a period of three months of the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Needless to state that any order passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya would be only after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
