2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have molested the informant, sexually assaulted her and tried to commit rape.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the
