The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No.168 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. It is alleged that on 30.12.2016 all the petitioners came at the school where the informant was constructing latrine and brutally assaulted the informant. The cause of occurrence has been alleged to be non-fulfilment of the demand of rangdari. It has been submitted that the petitioners no.1 and 4 are wife and husband and petitioner nos.2 and 3 are their sons. The petitioners and informant are resident of same place and same differences cropped for common passage. The allegation of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31160 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 demand of rangdari is ornamental and no offence as alleged is made out.

In view of the aforesaid facts, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No.168 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-IV-cum-ACJM, Barh, District-Patna subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
