Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Moreover, the dispute between the parties have been compromised vide Annexure-2. Petitioner as no criminal antecedent.
