2. The petitioners are in custody since 23.07.2014 in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that even according to the averments made in the first information report, the informant' daughter is said to have been seen going with one Md. Mubarak on his motor-cycle and the petitioners are merely brother and mother of Md. Mubarak, respectively. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

Mushird and Khaitoon Nisha, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2014.
