2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had left her house on her own.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Tandawa P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024.
