2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24442 of 2024 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error, the name of opposite party no. 2 has wrongly been typed as "The Electricity Department, Government of Bihar, Patna" in place of "South Bihar Power Distribution Corporation Limited (SBPDCL), Buxar, Bihar" in the bail petition, due to which, the same error has occurred in the order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24442 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52657 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 2024.

4. In view of the above, let the order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24442 of 2024 be modified to the above extent and the time granted to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below is also extended by five weeks, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
