Case No. 98 of 2019 dated 23.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol and cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2019 and in one case which was lodged against him earlier in the year 2015, he is on bail.

Considering the period of custody of the

No.44907 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 petitioner and the case being triable by a Court of Magistrate, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019.
