The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 218/2014 arising out of Mansi P.S.Case No. 16/2014 registered for the offence under section 307, 324 of I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner opened fire upon Durgesh Yadav which hit below the chest of the informant.

Submission at the bar for release of the petitioner is that there was no intention on the part of the petitioner to hurt the informant as the petitioner fired upon Durgesh Yadav so the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned
