Apprehending his arrest in connection with complaint case no. 2717( c ) of 2015, registered under Section 498A of the IPC petitioner has approached this Court for grant of pre arrest bail.
It is submitted that the petitioner is always ready and willing to resolve the matrimonial discord and from the impugned order it is pointed out that the wife was noticed to appear in the Court below who did so but refused to live with the husband. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25445 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 period of four weeks from today, the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with complaint case no. 2717 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the further following conditions:- (i) Along with the bail bonds the petitioner shall produce receipt/document/paper showing payment /deposit of a sum of Rs. 2,500/- (two thousand five hundred) in favour of the complainant/wife.
