The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9221/2020 and for extension of time for surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Special Case No. 28/2014 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.17/2014 to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Muzaffarpur. The order dated 30.06.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
