The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 307, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant, Mukesh Kumar, due to which he along with other persons sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries and the injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S.
