JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. As per prosecution case, 15 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the bank of Son River. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and in no way his is connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the
