In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 388 of 2016 (G.R. No. 7861 of 16) registered for offences under sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, the petitioner has taken loan from the Bank but, failed to return the same led to institution of the present criminal case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to return the money to the Bank but, in ten equal installments.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26163 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 In view of the statement made above, let the petitioner, namely, Shivlok Dubey, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Vijaya, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 388 of 2016 (G.R.
