2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.532 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) (d) of the Excise Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
