JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 34 of IPC. Prosecution story is that the mother of the complainant has executed a sale deed in favour of her daughter and the land is Khatiyani land. Petitioner is identifier on that sale deed.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case as he is only an identifier and the mother and daughter has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.26804 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
