The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that both the parties have amicably settled the disputes. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
