Petitioner is accused in connection with Sour Bazar (Pastpar Police Camp) P.S. Case No. 600 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the I.P.C. and subsequently, section 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act were added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Co-ordinate benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10671 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 15608 of 2019 (Annexure-2) on 25.02.2019 and 11.04.2019 respectively.
