The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 corresponding to G.r. No. 1987 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 279, 338 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is of having pushed the informant which made him fall to the ground. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the occurrence took place on the spur of the moment and there was no meeting of mind.

No.47699 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1987 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
