The present writ petition was initially filed for cancellation of selection of respondent no. 11 and appointing the petitioner on the post of Volunteer Talimi Markaj under Gram Panchayat Raj-Sonepura, Block-Simri Bakhtiyarpur, DistSaharsa. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to hold fresh selection process, if not already held, and consider the case of the petitioner as well for the purposes of appointment on the aforesaid post within a period of six weeks from today.
