2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dariyarpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found in Dighwara. The petitioner has not informed the police about the disappearance of his wife. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that deceased used to live with her brother-in-law and not with her husband. This kind of statement made by petitioner or some witnesses will not exonerate the petitioner from the crime I am not inclined to grant bail to this
