2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita .

3 . As per prosecution case, sister of informant was married with this petitioner, namely, Pawan Choudhary in the year 2023 and it is alleged that after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment for dowry and lastly, on 22.07.2024 at about 2 PM, it is alleged that all accused persons committed her murder.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, while denying the allegation, submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because petitioner is husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45919 of 2025(5) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus against him. He never committed any torture or harassment with the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased herself committed suicide by hanging. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025 . Charge has already been framed on 08.04.2026 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 .
