This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about six months and ten days in preferring this appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the interlocutory application, the prayer made therein is allowed, and the delay in filing this appeal is hereby condoned.

No.568 of 2018(8) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 The present criminal revision petition has been filed against the order dated 01.07.2017 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas, in Criminal Appeal No. 30 of 2017, by which he has dismissed the appeal filed by petitioner against the order of acquittal of trial court as being not maintainable. This Court does not find any error in the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Rohtas, as such the present revision petition is dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that he may file criminal revision application against the order of acquittal.
